Greg is a lifelong resident of Augusta County in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.

Greg, as the son of Phil Balsley of the Grammy award winning Statler Brothers, brings a worldly view with local roots.

Greg graduated from Buffalo Gap High School in 1982 and attended Mary Washington College & Bridgewater College as a Computer Science Major.

Greg became an agent after becoming interested in investment properties during the early 80’s. Greg has remodeled over 10 homes and built a number of new homes in the Fishersville area, east of Staunton. Greg has been at Real Estate III for the last decade.

Greg is married to wife Dania and they have four children, Brannon, Bryce, Krissi and Tyler. Greg’s oldest son Branon is currently attending James Madison University. Greg’s interest include coaching YMCA basketball, AYSO soccer, Fantasy Football and spelunking.
